To you as well. Having one of the worst colds as far as I can remember. With the amount of water I loose from my nose I probably could put out a small fire. But the healing process has started so I should be good in about 5-6 days.

There's some nasty shit going around atm Peltz. Niall and I had some horrible thing at the start of Dec, could've been covid, we didn't test. I had a very runny nose like you describe and a bit of a sore throat/cough. He was practically coughing up a lung every 10 minutes. All sorts of nasty stuff coming out of him. It's finally calmed somewhat but he still has at least one nasty coughing fit a day. Hope you feel better soon.

Seems I ended 2024 the way I ended 2023, with some nasty flu-like shit, but there's just a lingering cough now. I'll try not to make it a tradition

Dang, I'm really late. Happy new year! We've survived another year! Surely 2025 will be better than 2024. Right? Blah... if nothing else, it should be entertaining.

Speaking of, our temperatures yesterday were in the 21 C range. This morning they were -6 C. It's going to be a fun week.

2025 has not been a great start. 9 days without water. Just got it back today.

We had an electrical surge the day before New Year's Eve which blew parts on the water pumps to the flats. 164 flats all without any running water for that entire time. They had to source the parts and get them delivered, which of course took longer than it should being over New Year. They finally arrived this morning and we're now back up and running. We've had 2 huge tankers (like the milk tankers you see on motorways) full of water sat out in the car park for the last week so we could go fill bottles up for washing/toilet flushing and since Friday we had portatoilets outside as well. When it was snowing. No thanks, we just kept filling the cistern from the tankers instead.

I'm about to have my first shower since last year

Well, look at it the positive way: after a bad start, things will get better now. Smelly Pevil will turn into happy Pevil.

Oh man, that sounds pretty freaking terrible. I'm glad it's fixed but damn... lol @ smelly Pevil.
