Haha I don't even remember anymore what he pulled, but yeah good old Ocram.

I do miss the L4D games nights. Is there a four pack for this game too, so we can economize?

Wait, are you still so poor you can't afford a rusty nail to scratch your butt? (I think that's somewhere on this forum, but don't quote me).

To answer the question, no 4 packs. Also the reviews are not encouraging.

Haha thanks Peltz, I'll check some other gameplay out first so I don't bother you tho!

And yes, I can afford a full priced game now...barely. But still helps to look for deals. :P

I played and finished Black Mesa this week, it was good but not great. The Xen levels went on FOREVER.

Back4Blood is currently on sale for $41.99. Not exactly cheap, but less than the usual $60.

I've been playing We Happy Few. It's... depressing.

Still playing fairly infrequently but nowadays it’s still The Long Dark. It had a new region added this month so I’ve started a new game. Good vibes playing this. Great survival feels.

Rim world I’m done with i think. The last couple of updates added content that took the game in a direction I have no interest in. Bit of a shame.

Ah, I haven't played Rimworld in a really long time. Most of my time goes into Conan Exiles lately.

Nice 'little' game on Steam called "Let's Build a Zoo". Graphically it looks like Stardew Valley and plays like Zoo Tycoon/Planet Zoo. Much like Stardew you're fooled into thinking simple graphics, simple gameplay. Very much not the case. You do research to unlock new habitats, decorations, facilities and even things like farming or ways to generate your own fuel and water. There's a morality system so you can be a good zoo, cutting down on your carbon footprint and releasing animals back into the wild, or an evil zoo that uses dead animals to make hotdogs and shows off 'scaminals' (geese painted to look like peacocks etc).

Then there's the breeding. You have around 60 species you can get, mainly through trading with other zoos (not multiplayer, just in-game zoos) and each of these species has 10 variants you can get through breeding. It doesn't end there though, you can splice your animals with others to get weird things like a dukake (duck x snake). The advertising for the game states 300,000 possibilities.

Price point is nice too at around £15 and it's a rare game that's not in early access!

Uhh... my mind went somewhere else entirely with that word. Maybe it's me.

Do you play on any specific settings? Like turning off bullshit cabin fever? Or just straight up Interloper? Interloper style survivor can be amazing. Heart-stoppingly brutal and cool. But I hate that the world gets colder over time and I hate cabin fever so I tend to play a custom mode with those turned off or tweaked.

Fucking Forlorn Muskeg. I will never fear any other maps as much as Muskeg. It's a death trap.

I've been going through a few games...

Aiko's Choice - excellent expansion to the already amazing Shadow Tactics, basically Commandos in Edo Japan
Superhot: Mind Control Delete -super stylish puzzle/shooter where time only runs when you move. Very addictive, but I didn't like everything about the game. Still, very good.
Inscryption - an absolutely amazing, genre and mind fucking game. It's basically a deck building card game with a twist. A lot of twists.
Psychonauts 2 - Just started that. As a big fan of the original I'm having a lot of fun with. The level design is amazing, the creativity is explosive. I'm not 100% on board with the gameplay and I'm still looking for that spark the original had but it's very very good. And quite funny, too
Hades - Oh God I was so addicted to this game. I have played way too much of this. :D Loved almost every minute of it though! I think I'm done with it now.

Finished Psychonauts 2! An amazing game, even if the platforming was a bit wonky. But it's super forgiving so it wasn't much of an issue. But it's funny, heartfelt, and the artistic and creative design is jaw-dropping. Really cool. :)

Now I'm playing Vampyr, Dragon Age: Inquisition and Diablo 2 remastered. Just dipping and out of all of them basically. Vampyr is surprisingly solid so far for being a free game that didn't have the best reception.

As of today not much. Finally got my one elbow surgery done for a trapped nerve so left arm very tender. Currently managing touch typing but can only do it a little, so it's down to slower, mouse-only games for a while!
