I love the socket wall. I'd want that in my house! Just one wall would be enough tho, considering the price of a socket (10 bucks or so?) and the man hours required to install them. Even if you only REALLY wire 10 of them.

I found this article so funny I almost fell out of my chair laughing. I have the link in case the picture does not come through.

In the general category of "WTF?" this Belgian teenager supposedly fell asleep while getting her face tattooed and woke up to 56 stars on her face. Now, she's suing the tattoo artist, claiming he misunderstood her. The artist counters that Starface is only peeved because her boyfriend dumped her after seeing the monstrosity.
Um, how do you "doze off" while getting your face inked? Getting a tattoo isn't like going to the meditation room at the Four Seasons. It's loud. There's drilling. It also hurts. A lot. Lastly, it's your face.
Regardless of who's telling the truth, the lesson here is that when you're permanently inking something on your bod, it's your responsibility to stay awake to make sure the tattoo artist doesn't f*ck anything up.
Did this chick get a raw deal or just lack common sense?

She's from West-Flanders, so it doesn't really surprise me that she's retarded...I've been poking fun at this story for days. She and her family are clearly what you'd call white trash (she wanted a tattoo "because everyone else in my family already has one").
I think she wanted the stars and then freaked out about her family's reaction. Because yeah, nobody would not notice when they do that much work on your face. So she's retarded and lying.
OTOH, the dude should have known better than to do this with a girl this young. Most tattoo parlors I know are pretty careful about tattooing somebody's face, especially when they're this young and don't always realize the impact this can have on one's life (jobs etc.).
In the end, we all got a laugh out of a retard doing something relatively harmlessly retarded, so it's all good.

Haha, perfect fit dude!!
I love how you have to choose the amount of stars you want at the beginning - 1, 2 or 3. No matter which you choose, it says "you picked 56 stars!".
btw:

hehe....I know it's reviews weren't overwhelmingly positive, but I'm really enjoying that game. It's so wonderfully violent. And the story actually interests me.

I saw Mole. The girl admitted by now that she actually wanted all the stars and didn't pass out during the tattooing session btw...she was just afraid of her father's reaction once he saw the end result and panicked and started lying. Lame!
Heh, everything i've seen from the game looked like a ton of fun. And the "web of something something" thing you fill in with partial memories from people you absorb seemed like a really cool way of telling the story.

yea, the web is pretty cool. It makes for a pretty visceral way of learning the story, since it's little flashes from the point of view of someone you just killed. Some of the guys are pretty obviously evil, but others are just regular people.
