No, that was it actually. :( Oh well, I guess we're going to have to invent some kind of internet based file sharing gizmo.

yes. good. because that would be evil and wrong and is frowned upon by all people of morality and character.

Personally, I think that 'acquiring' good games such as these by smaller developers isn't really appropriate when you've got disposable income. It pretty much voids you from criticism on how the game industry keeps churning out the same old games, in my book. If you want to stick it to the man and want to pirate games with overly aggressive DRM released by multinationals, fine, but for a game like this it's just lame. You can even get it for 15€ at D2D.

I always try to reward developers who make good games and don't try to fuck me over as a customer.

And so we come back to the fact that the darn game is still not here. I did find it amusing that a digital copy of it was more expensive than the dvd one.

yea, that's so stupid. There should be a discount on any digital copies. I mean, granted, with economies of scale, the price per unit of packaging and shipping is probably pretty small, but still... even a token $2-3 off a $50 game would be nice. Kind of like grocery stores... you should get a discount for using the self checkout since the store is making more money by not having to pay as many checkers.

I now adopt a "trial" system. I've been fucked over too many times buying hyped shite that I will, on a moral basis, torrent games and then, if i like them, buy them.

To unlock all Campaign missions, replace your original progress file with this one. Should be somewhere in your My Documents -> My Games .... Profile etc...

Oh cool, thanks for the tip man! Saves me replaying some longer missions that aren't as awesome as the epic ones. I'm still amazed at how hard the game can get sometimes. I was just playing the second mission (destroying the convoy using the tank) and I actually got pwnt. :o My right track got disabled and infantry swarmed my tank before I could do anything...sitting duck ftl.

Still lovin' it though. Nothing like crashing through a house with German infantry with your tank. And cool that you bought it!

I think the game has co-op btw...but might need a gamespy account (ghey).

just tried coop online with another 2 guys and it was ok.

A bit of a mad dash to organise who was defending which side of the line to begin with, but after that it was pure chaotic warfare :D Pretty fun.

Haha, good to hear it's actually doable. :)

I've got a problem with my drivers or something again though. The game goes to vertical lines and a complete freeze after a while. :( I stopped playing Crysis because it suffered from similar problems, hoping it was game-specific but now it looks like I might have to uninstall drivers, use driversweep to remove all remnants of the previous driver and re-install.

Sigh. I hope that is it. I don't have any problems in other games like L4D, Zeno Clash and Empire so...probably no hardware failure.
