Bank accounts are available (and required) only for those who have a working place, but not even they are available to buy the things from the internet like it is available in Croatia or Slovenia. To do that, they have to open another sort of account that is being chilly billed and is available only if you have monthly income greater than some considerable sum of money (my parents together can't put that much, I remember my mum saying it. And we ain't that poor - yet).
I guess there are possibilities of transferring the money via Western Union Bank services (who are also taking fat provisions btw) and whatever. But it is BS in comparison to comfortably sitting in your chair and clicking the left mouse button, having it next days on your doors (or in the local post), and not even feeling the sum of the money they take you for that - the thing available to every 18+ prick in US and UK at least. Add the insecurity of the packages to that and you'll get the picture: that's it, God bless pirates.
