How about trying it with glass Cola bottles Peltz? By the way, why no beer? How do you get drunk, only vodka?

Take me as an example. I don't like beer. But if you offer a good wine, who can refuse. ;) Thou, I must admit that I do not remember when I consumed some alcohol the last time.

That was my last waste by now. I do not want it to happen again.

Btw, as the standard in Bulgaria constantly sinks, they stared overusing chemistry in food. Few times I got poisoned which helped me realize that spending hours in toilet after you drunk too much is not the worst possible option at all.

heh...most of the time I can gauge how drunk I am so I don't end up spending a lot of time praying to the porcelain god. Even worse than throwing up the night of is throwing up the next day. Blahhh. It's all a question of knowing your limits, I guess.

But if I start drinking liqour, I'm usually done for. I don't drink it often enough to really judge so I tend to get totally plowed.

I rarely throw up. It's such a waste of investment in beer and snacks.

I throw up once or twice a year, I guess. That's not counting the "oh shit I feel I'm going to and if I'm lucky I might avoid doing so" moments. You know, the ones where you spend 30 minutes in a corner concentrating on getting through the torment. :P

And Gfree lives below the "wine line", so it's only natural he likes wine more than beer. It's basically a line running through central Europe which puts some parts above it in the "beer-drinker" category and some below in the "wine"-drinker one. It runs from (about) Paris through the South of Germany, to just below the Czech Republic. Below that it's winedrinkers: south of France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, etc.

beer drinking / wine drinking in the US tends to be more of a social status kind of thing. The less money people make, the more likely they are to drink beer... and crappy beer at that.

Once you get to a certain point, it's either wine or maybe high quality beer. Of course there are exceptions. And some of the lower social status people drink wine, but they drink crap wine.

Haha...well the social thing applies here too, to an extent, but because we have a beer culture and so many 'specialty' beers even the higher social strata indulge in it.

But we have out fair share of lowlives too, who spend their days getting wasted on incredibly cheap beer and wine (the infamous 'Chateau Migraine' every young Belgian person knows and dreads).

A good example of awful beer that no one but an alcoholic and/or bum will ever drink is Cara pils

Lol. You really don't want to know where the water used for cheap beer like that comes from. I mean, the beer is sometimes cheaper than a bottle of water of the same size. Sound suspicious? It is. :)
