I picked this up today - very impressed, compared to what I was expecting I might add.
So far, the game's controls are a bit awkward, but that's true of most alone in the dark games They're not game breaking, but they need some polish. The graphics are nice for the most part with a few things here or there looking slightly plasticy.
The worst part of the game is that the awesome driving section was tarnished by some nasty glitches and the combat is just slightly unresponsive enough to get irritating at times.
However, the puzzles and game play works out well enough to warrant around a 7 out of 10, so it's worth a play. My biggest overall gripe is it just isn't scary so far. At all.
Condemned sets the benchmarks for scare-factor these days I'm afraid. (Not condemned 2!)

I actually picked this up on sat, but put it back because i haven't seen any reviews about it yet.
If I can actually find one I'll probably go for it.
Bit gutted at moles 'Not scary at all' statement. I want it to at least have a sinister atmosphere

It got some really bad reviews, then Atari sued / threatened the bad posts because they figured there's no way they could have reviewed the game without pirating it.

We had 66 360 copies in store today. 43 have been sent back in a recall because it just isn't selling. Watched Mole play some more; this could be such an awesome game but it just has that unfinished feel to it.

Such a shame, if I wanted to play an unfinished game I'd re-install KOTOR 2.
Honestly, what a waste

Lame. I was hoping for a great horror game in the tradition of Condemned, Undying, FEAR, etc. Guess I'll let this one slide by.
Pssht, BJ, the Kotor 2 restoration project is -finally- reaching completion!
