Multi Core = More than 2 cores. Well the morale of the article is that at 16x12 resolution the gpu becomes a bottleneck and it really makes no difference. Below that resolution the FPS difference is around 10FPS. cool. I wonder how much that changes for multi-gpu solutions. Probably not much until we learn how to code parallel apps better.

Well the only thing multi core GPUs and CPUs will be bringing for a while atleast is piles and piles of shity unoptimized code.
