At first I assumed that they may have been called to some sort of duty - but then I realise that there didn't seem to be any radio comunication. Then I though maybe I just couldn't hear it. Then they spoke at the end. Idiots.
Could still be wrong though. Radio silence maybe?

Heh, I think they're just trying to bypass traffic without anything more to it...if you've got time and an eye for watching a guy picking his nose I'm pretty sure you're not speeding to a warzone. :P
