I don't get the riddle...is that because you forgot the actual numbers, or did I just misunderstand it?

Ok
1st riddle is: Nine are we, taken all three
2nd riddle is: last one slain, six remain
Ok im open to suggestions and personally i think the person who conjured this pile of crap should be shot, gutted, and dragged behind a semi.

Can you explain the context or what sort of result/code we're looking for here? And where did the third riddle go to?

You want 1 number per riddle?
The only pattern i see is if theres a 3rd riddle.
1st = 1 of 3 digits from a selection of 9 digits
2nd = 1 of 3 digits from the remaining selection of 6 digits
3rd = 1 of 3 digits from the remaining selection of 3 digits
I bet im totally wrong.

Basically its a door code, its a three digit code, one number (0-9) per riddle.
So one riddle gives one number.

I'd use trial and error. There are only hundreds of combos.

9 are we, taken all 3
= take all 3 numbers and add them up and get 9?
are there only 2 riddles?
last on slain, six remain
remove the number that is riddle number 3, and the total is reduced to 6. Thus, the third riddle's answer is 3.
if #3 has a riddle, it may explain what 1 or 2 are. You can then go from there.

Complete riddle (and no i don't have the game ):
Nine are we when taken all three (sum = 9)
Last one slain then six remain ( last digit = 3, as Satis said)
None survive our first Less five. So first -5 = 0
So your code will be
******SPOILER AHEAD **************
513
I know, i'm amazing.

I still don't get the riddle no surprise with all the numbers involved :p
Btw, I visited a friend of mine and watched him play NWN2 a bit...I must say that I'm a lot more eager to get the game now that I've seen it. It certainly wasn't perfect, but the alignment system is very cool and a bad-ass dwarf actually looks like a badass dwarf!
So, once I have cash, do I buy Dark messiah, NWN2 or MTWII? Having to choose sucks. I'm inclinded to keep NWN2 for later however, because it'll 'last longer' with the modules and expansions. So there's a good chance it'll get downpriced relatively quickly.

Get NWN2 or DMess. MTW2 wont be good until the mods start to roll in.

Myeah, I dunno...i'm not as psyched about realism as you are. As long as it feels KINDA real. Besides, MTW2 got the best reviews of all three games if I'm not mistaken!
One thing is certain though: with DM using Steam and NWN2 using dual layer technology, MTW2 will be the least hard to obtain.
