yep. My first mod was one to let me have sex with dead people. My first one was a dead necromancer...the irony.

I think you should start the game again and call your custom class, Necrophiliac.

Curious. Can i ask how?

- Just by using it naturally?
- Paying for training?
- Self training?

Or a combo?

all mine's done on my own. I have a tendency of bunny hopping alot, hence relatively high acrobatics plus a higher multiplier on speed. I've never paid.

Mole boy hit 2 masters long before I got any, both level and day-wise. He started out doing much more exploring in caves/ruins than me, hence fighting a lot and levelling up. Whereas I started by doing all the quests in Chorrel, most of which didn't require much/any fighting. So I was behind him in that. My 4 masters were all easy levels though; go in obliv gate, 2 dremora + summons beating on me makes for nice Heavy Armour/Block gains, killing them makes for nice Blade gains, and Armourer is easy to gain if I don't want to have no stuff left to fight that tough-looking daemon over there... ;)

I purposfully use-trained a couple of sneak levels, by following a guard around, and walking around near sleeping people. Probably 5 levels in total.

Archery, I just depened on that, so it's natural.

The rest is raising at a steady rate, Blade and Light armour are starting to come along now :)

No paying for training.

I think paying for training is kinda ridiculous anyway -at least for major skills. Since you level from training major skills anyway and your opponents get tougher if you level, it's kinda past the point. :)

Well, I didn't play a whole lot over teh weekend, but I did complete another daedra quest. That makes two now, one for Midngiht and now one for Sanguinis. They're actually quite fun. :)

Spoiler
Quote:

Midnight: For midnight I had to acqurie an item for her... other than alot of trolls, this was pretty easy. As a result I got a skeleton key, which turns out to be a lockpick that never breaks. Score! Very nice little bonus.

For Sanguinis, I got a spell called stark reality and was told to cast it on a stuffy old countess to lighten up a party. It does 'stark reality' for 200 ft and 1 damage, so I'll get in trouble for it, but screw it, I wanted to see what I got out of it.

Turns out stark reality makes all your inventory disappear, including clothes. So I cast it on this chick during her dinner party and everyone got stripped naked. Including me. But not guards...so I then had to run. Even my gold disappeared, so I coudln't even pay the fine...I just had to run. In the end, a few things reappared and sanguinis gave me back the rest. I also got a sanguin staff...cast it on someone and it summons some sort of daedra that then summons a clannfear and attacks whatever I want killed. And then attacks me after it's done. Not as cool as the key, but still cool.

So, anyway, I need to find more daedra shrines. Those quests are fun as hell.

lol, yea. Whenever I'm playing a game where movement speeds seem slow compared to alot of FPSs (like quake 3) I tend to just start bunny hopping to try to go faster. Another think I learned in Quake 3. It's subconscious, I can't help it. I bet if there was something that looked like a grapple I'd be trying to grapple hop.

Hey Satis, care to help me a bit with the sanguine quest? I can't seem to find a way past the guard or the door...I can see and hear the countess and her guests through the door (detect life and all) but I can't get inside...:(

But I agree, daedric quests are great fun. Always have been, even back in the days of Daggerfall. They have a twisted sense of humor. ;) Especially guys like Sanguine.

Btw, I'm constantly hopping too..just because with my char it actually helps a LOT. At 85 acrobatics (or something) and maxed speed you pretty much jump up and over anything. Cuts a lot of corners. ;)
