Post Laptop + XP Home + Frames Per Seconds
Problem:

Frames per second displayed on the screen while playing games drops significantly when the laptop starts to warm up. Its fine when I play for the first 10 minutes from a power-on. But then it drops.

Any one have any idea of how to stop this? Its not in Power Options in the Control Panel.

Its called heat. You could try a laptop cooler thingy. You put your laptop on top and the thing it sits on has fans below it that suck the hot air away. Or just buy a box fan and have it blow over the laptop.

yea, 11b's on it. The laptop probably has a thermal control built into it. Sounds to me like the thing's poorly designed or has some sort of flaw, though. That crap's not supposed to always kick on, only in certain situations where it starts to overheat. If it ALWAYS overheats you may have a problem.

Or it's poorly designed.
