Rinox: You having fun with those mods Gfreeman? Tactics etc.

GFreeman: Nah. It is not much better. Enemies are stronger but AI does not seem to be improved noticably. I still keep playing and wait for... something.

Rinox: huh? There are very few enemies with high/higher HP and such man...it's ONLY about AI and scripting tweaks. Strange. I love the way Lichs are with tactics...they finally become the fearsome spellcasters they're supposed to be, instead of casters of useless protection spells.

Well, I haven't faced with Lich, yet. Just some mages in the first challenge. They were kicked swiftly so they had not time to express theirself.

Illasera prepared for me WHOLE HOUR of insanely frustrating fuck. Not that she have mage and cleric. These two seems to be confused a bit. Just do not give them so much invo potions, oils of speed, dispelling arrows and watch the result.

Cespenar and commoners still don't do much to save theirself from your rage.

I uninstalled it before Gromnir. :P It is just too annoying.

What are the improvements exactly? Does fighters and hordes now organize better attacks?

It makes enemies in general use their abilities in a 'smarter' way. Like spellcasters cast a while row of usefeful spells at the start of a battle. (for example: improved invisibility+spell immunity: abjuration+spell imunity: divination. This will make you virtually untouchable to spells for a while, cos you can't be targeted (invisible), and the invisibility can't be dispelled (abjuration) or true sighted (divination) )

And that's just one combo...there are a lot more killer combo's,especially at super-high lvls.

But you took an hour over illasera, or what do you mean? :o Maybe it's better to not install the other parts then yeah...cos Illasera is usually a walk in the park, for a decentle lvled char/party. You haven't seen improved Demogorgon yet. Or the Dark Eclipse battle. That took me a bitching 4 hours. :/

I'm sorry you didn't like it then...but if you want a final battle that's more fun then make sure to install it again by the end of ToB. :D

I guess it is best to apply this:

"Go back to line, soldier! And make them to treat you like a guest! Move ON, dirtbag!".

About other. I expect of you to answer me to the questions.

Hm, it doesn't seem like this mod is something for me, as my tactics always involve abusing BGII's stupid AI.

I won't rephrase it. I'll change it absolutely! I created one Priest of Talos on start of ToB and found him pretty useless vs strongered Illassera and their companions.

You say I can win them with that holy shitted cleric? :? Looks impossible.

And sorry about question but: Is that AI? I used Ctrl+J to see could I confuse them but they allways followed me with no-caring for that they don't see me.

Mmm, a new ToB character might be much too weak to take on the imrproved Ilassera fight alone. Both because of low lvl and lack of good items. Maybe get along a few of the NPC's; beat Illasera and continue solo. Plenty to Xp and great items to get in ToB, so you should be a strong and well-equipped char in no time. :)
