Keep in mind that the away-team has to pay for travel costs in an international friendly you two!
I might be getting to friendlies with you guys sooner than expected as i'm selling my second keeper. If you're interested: his player ID is 14933476, in the Belgian league ofcourse.
And yups, if you want to search something in another country you'll have to change the setting at the top left first.
Concerning friendlies: usually they're being played by the B-team, they're necessary to train players that aren't in the main squad as only those that played a match that week receive training. But if you're really trying to test your teams against eachother you can ofcourse field your a-squad.
Suga, i did a major transferring spree at the start of the season buying some 4 new players, and i'm still trying to work of my debts and interests on my debts lol

. So look out a bit, the only way you can really "fail" in hattrick is to go bankrupt. Other than that you can sink to the last place of the lowest division, but who cares about that huh?
SOme general tips on buying players:
1)younger players are worth more than old ones, as their skills train much faster. (and thus they have a bigger potential)
2)keepers are expensive. The reason for that is that training on keepers isn't done much (as you can only train 2 players a week that way) and so it's more difficult to find a decent goalie.
3)best leagues to find bargains in are usually: Begium, Sweden, USA, Germany, Holland, Norway, Switzerland, Danmark
4)don't be fooled by the stats "stamina" and "passing", they're only really important for midfielders. So don't go throwing 50k extra on a defender cos he's got excellent stamina.
Btw, i wouldn't change coaches yet, everyone starts with a "weak" coach, so that evens out a bit. I saw your legacy (0 pts. lol) is almost as crappy as Arathorn Sugs, guess the remainder of this season will be perfect to experiment with tactics so you can go for gold next season!
