Q-Arrive Where?
A-Anywhere we can see the light arrive to.
Q-How do you know that star is the farrest away object in space?
A-We dont, we haveto wait for 5 more stars on opposite sides to determine where earth is places in proximity of the universe.

i made up 70% of it, the other 30% was bits and bobs from other theories.
Is it wrong though? Thats the question.

i guess you could measure the distances from whereever you wanted, the Hubble telescope is what we use to see the red shift, so i guess you'd take it from the centre of the earth cause we know the orbit of the Hubble telescope
the knowing whether the star is furthest away sounds to me like rubbish though

You can measure it from wherever as long as you see all 6 stars from the same point.

But how do you know there are no stars further away?
Maybe they are so far away that their light hasn't reached us yet or maybe they are obscured by other objects in space?

Yeah it is a good point to remember the universe has not got a finite amount of space, does this mean humans and planets would expand at the same time?

Of course not, only that objects are floating away from each other. The space between atoms doesn't change or something?

No what I meant is even the atoms are expanding, if the whole universe is expanding, this might mean that all particles would expand, therefore we could not and would not notice it.

erm, but the universe is expanding, and we've noticed it. But no, if everything expanded at precisely the same rate, there's no way we'd notice. Just like if the universe froze for a millino years, then unfroze, we wouldn't know.

All we need is the furthest star at the time we see the light.
As for obstructions of light... I guess youve found a flaw in my theory.

um, scanned over some of that. And people are being more optimistic with "what if" but when I used that argument it got turned against me.

basically, an argument for the existance of God, is the big masive gap in science. the "what if" section. the answer to "why"
when I said that, it wasn't a valid point.
