If I'm going to play, it would have to be today, tomorrow (Thursday), or Easter Monday, or the following Saturday, or the week after (Pfeh, 1st week back at school).

I'm going away over Easter, and then in the 2nd week.

trouble is, i put most points into picking locks and disarming traps, i'm also a fighter/thief by the way, so i have lousy hide in shadows, etc. besides, our strategy was 'raarrgghh!!' not that much call for stealth really.

What i basically did compared to youyr list was take out "magical armor and rings", "mulit-class grand mastery" and "un-nerfed THAC0 etc. tables". I'd think those make the balance a bit loose, it might be working this way in actual AD&D but as we all know BG2 isn't actual AD&D, i'd think they amde it so for a reason. (the way it is now) WHat i do agree with is "true grand mastery". The advantage you get from putting in 5 stars is laughable compared to 4 stars. So that deserves better. And then i also marked the NPC's waiting, romance for everyone, mulktiple strongholds, faster cutscenes and no alignment complaints.

Peltz, sure you can play, we use SOA+ToB, latest ToB patch. And most likely the ease of use pack, but that's not very definite yet.

erm..yeah, those few bits added couldn't hurt, and a stronghold each would be cool i guess. i say go for it as long as everyone agrees.

as for the time on mon, i can make it to any time really, inquisitor is the one it affects most so i guess we should see what he says.

Those mods are cheats as such... they make the game better for the 5th time through, or 21st, or whatever.

Some (eg, Unnerfed etc, Magical rings & armour) make it more like pnp D&D, and more realistic IMO - "Oh no, I can't put this ring I've found on my finger, just because I've got this stylish armour on. Oh well, into the collection" *drops into very full gem bag*

Some are just useful, ie, bottomless bag, and ammo belts (different mod, I'll post a link if we decide to use it), make it easier to solo, so you you can carry all your cool loot
