Ok, I've been out of the computer market for some time now. And if you could, could you please recomend to me, the best mobo, processor and graphics card on sale at the moment (as I'm looking to upgrade soon as I get the cash) Reason I say Mobo, is because I'm confused over something, the new Athlon 64bit is a 939 socket? and the old were A socket? are these the same? or different? or what?! lol, I need to catch up... ooh, also, is there a prefered make of RAM? |

ummm...two GeForceFX 6700s will kick the crap out of ANY ATI card. Hell, one will beat any ATI card. If you want the absolute best (and don't have qualms about spending more than $1000 on your gfx cards) that's the way to go. |

ok...one last time.... an ATi 9800XT PE is about an even match for ONE Nvidia GeForceFX 6800 Ultra. If you take TWO GeForceFX 6800 SLI and run them in tandem in the same machine you will kick the crap out of any ATI card in existence. |

very true. only trouble is it'll cost you about £800 for 2 6800's but i'd love to see the benchmarks on a system like that.

Duh i cant get my two brand new 512 ram chips to work, bloody hell. Gonne change them to kingston and hope those work. They ran some tests on these which malfunction and said they work fine but i get some blue screen error everytime i turn on my computer. the ones which dont work are Viking ddr64*64PC320016EL |
