You cannot. You can never get higher resolution than what the picture was taken at. You can enhance the contrast, hue, saturation levels easily, and can sometimes make it look a little better by adjusting the sharpness/softness. |

You could technically resize the picture to a large size, but the quality wouldn't be improved any. Not without a significant amount of time doing pixel-by-pixel painting to try and make it look better. |

But whats all this ive been reading about software enhancing photos form 3MP to 4MP? |

Use common sense. You can't add things that aren't there. A pixel is the smallest part of a picture. You can let software call one pixel four pixels, or nine pixels, but then those pixels would look exactly the same. |
