There is however a frame rate hit so expect at least some sort of performance hit.

Interesting. Personally I think 3d is a fad, but hey, that's still cool.

Holograms wanted. Its scary that every time i think of holograms I immediately think of Master of Orion 2: Battle at Antares. Thats the one where playing as a human, a Sean Connery look alike is the research guy :D.

true 3d is cool. 3d on a 2d screen with glasses...not so much.
