Post Help with an over active file, php-cgi.exe
Hey guys, Time for me to rape your brains of knowledge again!

First of all, I don't know exactly what kind of information you need, or what kind of information (When it comes to this) is safe to post up on the net.

Long story short, my website got suspended yesterday due to using up to many resources. Unfortunately, my webhosts are a bunch of tools and offer one sentence replies with little to no information, or at least, no information useful to me with my limited knowledge.

Recently, I updated my website to use WordPress, by installing wordpress to the server. I get the idea that the new problems are something to do with that. That being said, I wasn't aware there was a problem until my account was suspended.

They have temporarily reactivated the website so I can attempt to debug it, I will post below the transcript of my emails, and also a copy of the image they sent me.

Which directory is that file in?

And is there an upgraded service that will allow me to use this file without
restriction?

A dedicated server for a personal website consisting of nothing more than a
blog and some other static pages?

Given that you guys installed php, I think there's some underlaying issue
here.

What could have caused the file to exert so much effort on the server?

Thanks for your help - can you please advise me on how I can stop it using
so much resources? Or what is causing it to use these resources?

I know how to design pages etc, but I don't know a massive amount about the
technical side of them.

Hello,

By checking the Image we sent you, it seems that the script in your Domain is causing this issue and creates many instances of it, we suggest you to contact your web master and ask him to debug your code and remove those coding issues.

Please do contact us in case of any further assistance from us.

Regards,

Keane.
Windows Support Team.

When you say "the script" do you have any idea which script?

Thanks again

This is the last response I've had from them, but they are usually very fast and have 24/7 support so look out for updates.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Do you have access to view your phpinfo.php page? Dont think its wordpress. Need to know (based on a 5 min google search) if the FastCgiModule is install and enabled in IIS.
