its good stuff but its still only 2 x gts's bolted together. \the brand new tech isn't far away now, from both nvidia and ati, so its better to wait until then ![]() |

I wonder what the next generation of Geforce GPU's will be called, i doubt they will go into the 10000 series, probably something shorter. |

Next is the Pwn series. PwnGT, PwnGTX, Pwn GX2. Then the uberPwnGT, etc....then the superUberPwn... you'll see. :p I wouldn't buy that gx2... way too expensive and the performance isn't that great (considering). I'd rather get 2 8800 GTX and run them in SLI. Though I guess with this card you could run two of them in SLI and basically run 4 cards. Unless you can stick em in a tri-sli board and effectively run 6 cards together. That'd be pretty tight. |

With the introduction of 9800GTX and the 9600GT driving so close to the 8800GT the chances of 9800GT seem really low, doesn't it. |

They really need to make a card that's a bit different. Most of their recent cards are barely improving on the previous card. 8800gtx -> 9800gtx is a pretty small improvement. I don't see the point in dropping that kind of money on such a small improvement. |
