I want to make a 3 min video file consisting of many short clips from other video files. Has anyone used any software to do such a job besides Windows movie maker? |

I'm affraid not, but I'm certain that I've heard someone mention a nice piece of software on a forum that I frequent - If I can find it out for you I will post back. |

I've used a few pieces of software for similar things. Video Studio by Ulead is the one I've probably had the most luck with, but it can be a pain to use. http://www.ulead.com/vs/ I've used Adobe Premiere and liked it more, but had some stability issues at the time. Been awhile though. http://www.adobe.com/products/premiere/ I also used an older version of Pinnacle Studio and did ok with it.
