Post subject:  Sometimes hosts just sux

Before half an hour I was just uploading some files to my site, being sure that it is most safe place i could put them on. Just a few seconds after I finished upload, my site got dead. It is dead for about 20-25 minutes already. I wrote to the host about the issue. Let see what will come back as an answer.

How are you satisfied with your hosts?

*edit
Okay they did answer that they experience technical difficulties.

I'm not happy with my host. Don't come here. Their mysql performance sucks and they regularly have server clustering problems (resulting in intermittent 400 and 500 errors). I plan on migrating to a new host soon.

I just can't understand it... my host is namely the best in Bulgaria and it us used to being PERFECT in the past. I know because I built up sites for some other persons there and there wasn't any "technical difficulties". Observing the sites regularly I never met a single error. And now, when I set my own site for the first time, it dies and dies.

What those bastards could have possibly done to make it that sucky.. fucking frustrating stuff...

yea...I do most of my development live on the site. Nothing more frustrating when you make a small code change and suddenly everything starts blowing up...just because the host sucks, not the code. :/ Oh well, virtual pc with Linux is probably going to be the way I'm going for web development from now on, when I get around to it.

Well I usually have a clone of the site I am working on on my mech. I even clone the DB. But lately my discipline about this became lossy. It will be shame if once happen that they roll back the files.
