Cool. Looks like AMD has practically given up on being the top of the top, but are still competing aggressively in the "mid-range" market...$200-$300. That's fine by me. And I'm sure if they start growing market share they'll dive back into making high dollar cards.

The 4870 looks like a great card for the price. I'll be thinking seriously of picking one up when the price drops down from the launch week rip-off.
