ok, it's not really hacking...it's just tapping into an unprotected webcam feed. Check this out....
go to Google and type in the following:
inurl:/axis-bin/jpg
http://www.google.com/search?q=inurl:/axis-cgi/jpg
Now go through the links. They're all webcams. Refresh the page for it to update the picture. I did some looking....google, unfortuanetly, won't let me past the 10th page of results. Obviously you can tweak the search string or use another engine, but anyway, it's freakin' cool. Here are some of my more interesting hits...
