Post Asus UL laptops
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/asus-ul-n ... 31850.html

Asus is releasing a new laptop series Unlimited which are very thin laptops, of some will feature integrated plus geforce M gpus (where the user can decide which one is used in order to help with battery life) and some may reach up to 12h of working time (this i would like to see).

EDIT: And this is Dells answer

EDIT2: They make my Alienware look like a fat bastard from stoneage :D

heh...the 9.99mm Adamo looks pretty sweet. Thinner than an Ipod I think someone said. Good stuff.

My studio xps 13 has the hybrid graphics, where I can choose to either run with just hte onboard or a hybrid of onboard and 8800m or whatever it is. It's pretty cool. I upgraded to a 9 cell battery and with battery saving maxed out I can pull quite a few hours of battery life.... probably in the neighborhood of 6-10 hours. That's not bad for a non-netbook.

heh, don't feel bad. My last laptop (also alienware) couldn't even do an hour. Plus it weighed like 12 lbs. Totally ridiculous.
