Post Peltz's sound setup.
First, some chit-chat. When i bought my surround sound set it was mainly intended for tv use and pc was secondary. Due to the layout of my room, my tv and pc face the opposite direction. While its not a big deal it does bring up a few dilemmas. In order to remedy the situation i set out to find a set of speakers (two in set) which offer decent sound so that the contrast wouldn't hurt my ears when i am listening to music from my pc. I drafted a picture so you can understand what the fuc* im rambling about. I colored the additional speaker set black on the picture, its next to the monitor.

Problem 1. Since sat 3 and 4 connect to amplifier with IR signal they do not play when im sending voice/sound from PC.

Problem 2. This left me with the fact that i only heard music from behind me and in games the the left speaker was right and vice versa, they were reversed.

Problem 3. If i add additional speakers they have to be good ones because of the high quality of Sony SRS system.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So what did i do.

1. I unplugged the SRS cable from PC and put it into the rear speaker slot. Now the speakers behind me worked as they were supposed to. Without front speakers though, some games would be left soundless.

2. I went and bought a pair of speakers for ˇ100$ that were of good quality. What i now have is a self made 4.1 system where i have to control the volume of front and back speakers manually. Sure its not the best but it is enough.

3. The sat3 and 4 do work when im watching movies from DVDs but again they do not work when im watching regular or satellite tv.

4. And now we come to the reason why i am even writing this stuff. The small yet powerful enough speaker set. Its the Klipsch Groove PM20. They have a built in amplifier and put out very good sound for speakers of this size. I give two thumbs up for these.

I hope this helps someone who finds themselves in a similiar predicament.
