Wanted to check the forums there for some clues regarding some Staff that seems invincible, but seems like it`s down. Anyone an idea why?

Meh after a bit of googleing, here they say the site has been hacked or something .. that stinks

Stinks idd...teambg and the likes are cool places with interesting ppl. Anyway, what's that about a staff? Are you fighting some invincible staff, or is a staff you have so powerful that it makes you invincible?

That staff thing is near the end of TDD after Irenicus, right before you meet Jarlaxle and Entreri again. There`s some monster that makes you do a bit of puzzling (he looks like a ghast or ghoul) and then as a last test makes you cross the room. There`s something called ... Staff that is invisible (cannot be dispelled) and keeps firing (high lvl) spells at you. The point is to get past it without being seen i think, but i was wondering why they would put in an invincible enemy.
I used Aerie with sanctuary and then Mass Teleport to get past it btw.
