You're probably not talking about this tent, but in Baldur's Gate I, there's a tent in Carnival, if you enter you get robbed by some guy, forgot his name. You can gamble there, so that would explain the unluck/luck part, and you're the victim yourself since you get mugged.

I must add some items. Now I want to hear WHO is the victim, WHAT is unluck, HOW it can be turned into luck and WHAT is that luck. Help: No, you (protagonist) are not victim. And I have to install it again since it is not on it. And I've also lost the discs so I have to find them again, it will be like the ToB stuff again
