They got a new Star Wars FPS coming out call Star Wars Battlefront. Basiclly it Star Wars meets Battlefield 1942. For those that arnt bothered by hyperlinks and dont get emotionally stressed http://www.lucasarts.com/games/swbattlefront/ The gameplay footage looks really good, nice and smooth. You tricked me! Googling only gave me more hyperlinks, bastard! 
Anyhoo...looks nice. Will be interesting to see how they balance the star wars thing with the battlefield concept(s). Unfortunately I'm not really a star wars fa, so that part is kinda lost on me. The only thing i got real excited over in star wars was princess leia. |

It's nice to see a Star Wars game without Jedi as a playable character. If I burn out on SWG by the time this comes out, I may check it out. I'm a huge fan of the bf:1942, so this should be interesting. I bought bf:vietnam and was loving that, too, but got interested in other things.
