Haven't searched the whole wizards-site, maybe there is more information. Don't think you can easily find the whole book somewhere though, i have it here at home but that's not helping is it :P

All i looked up is "3rd Edition D&D Rules" on google and this came up.

It looks like it is for another game, but you mind find something helpful.

Do the same search on google, there are a few good other sites too

Mm the FAQ of the 3th edition i thought would be helpfull is more advanced than i thought. Hadn't checked it out completely, it's more an in-dept discussion of things. So i wouldn't have a clue where to look elsewhere.

btw what do you need it for if i may ask?

no need, me and my bro forked out £10 each to buy the Player Core Rulebook v3.5. Im about half way through.
