  Steam Windows 7 users now outnumber XP usersYea, the number of people using Steam on Windows 7 is now greater than the number on XP. That really says something about the adoption rate of Windows 7. Seeing as I run it myself, I can understand... it's a great O/S.
For comparison purposes, Windows 7 beat Windows Vista users four months ago. And the MacOS users account for 8% of the total users of Steam... a very respectable number. It shows the potential for 'MAC Gaming' to be very real. Re: Steam Windows 7 users now outnumber XP users No real reason for me to change to 7. And i am constantly guiding my family through errors and problems so as long as they are using xp, i am using xp. A little curse of mine.

Re: Steam Windows 7 users now outnumber XP users If you've never used it, and especially if you've never used Vista either, be prepared to have to relearn some stuff. However, overall it's a really nice O/S, at least in my opinion. I'm very favorably impressed, and glad I got a free copy via my college.
