Ubisoft has pulled four games out of its catalog to be released free of charge thanks to in-game advertising. Ghost Recon, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Rayman Raving Rabbids, and Far Cry are now gratis for residents of the US who have an Ubisoft account.

More freebies for everyone, not!

lol, yes gratis is a word.

Too bad all those games are old. Far Cry might be worth playing again... maybe. Bah. It's like releasing movies from the 1920s for free. That's wonderful but...really...who cares?

In dutch we use the word gratis, always thought it was translated as free. But appearantly gratis = gratis.

I guess that makes them not-exactly-free.

Best free game ever is the Army game (America's Army). Classy...pretty...accurate. Good stuff. And free! I would've bought that one if it'd been released commercially (but not free).
