Obsidian (KOTOR II, NWN II) to develop an RPG based on the Alien license http://kotaku.com/gaming/sega/obsidian- ... 221674.php Let's hope they actually FINISH their game this time around, because as such they're always enjoyable. Just insanely bugged or half done. Luc Besson to make movie based on the Hitman license http://www.videogamesblogger.com/2007/0 ... -movie.htm Besson is a great director and has previously worked on movies such as 'Léon', so there's definitely potential for a good result there. |

err...I thought the hitman thing was already a done deal. I thought Vin Diesel was playing the hitman. Or maybe that was just supposition. |

Well basically its a diablo like game where magic and technology exist in an uneasy balance and then you get thrown into the middle of it. And yes, they stopped making decent RPGs after Baldurs gate series. |

Sounds like the hack n" slash adaption of Arcanum (which was a wonderful RPG). And I disagree, there were a few good RPG's since BG  But they were scarce indeed, and definitely not better.
But Arcanum, Morrowind and Kotor (to name a few) were all great games. |

I played it a while back on the 360, I agree with the "kinda fun" part - I think it's good, but it'd be one where I get x-far in, then it just sits there till I'm bored and need a game to play. |
