Post subject:  Duke Nukem Forever: physics engine

I read this somewhere:

Meqon is glad to announce that 3DRealms have decided to buy our Meqon Game Dynamics SDK for their upcoming title Duke Nukem Forever.

The physics engine does not only handle basic rigid body simulation, but extends into character and vehicle enhanced physics as well. Mr Broussard comments, "With its advanced feature set, we feel confident that Meqon's next generation physics engine can help us create the next generation of action games."

Now they have a demo (or several) of their engine on the site, maybe someone is interested in that: http://www.meqon.com/downloadarea/downloadarea.php

I haven`t checked everything out, only the first thing (version 1.4 demos) which was nice, you could shoot balls and stuff and see how the environment reacted.
