I couldn`t help noticing your HAM-problems, have you tried any of the (free)alternatives?
http://www.hattrickbuddy.de/
http://www.hattrickpoli.com/
http://jonas.nu/hattrick/absolut/
http://www.stefan-pettersson.nu/hm/
http://www.x-sync.co.uk/mactrick/
http://www.hattrickorganizer.de/

I don`t know anything about Hattrick so don`t know which one is a good one. I shamelesly copied this information from this forum btw: http://gamesforum.telenet.be/forumdisplay.php?f=86

They have a whole Hattrick subsection, it`s in dutch though, but it might be usefull for any of you guys (maybe most for ox) to set up a friendly or participate in some belgian cup which they seem to play sometimes.
Maybe they have other usefull stuff as well, they have a transfer thread as well it seems, ignore it or (ab)use it, your call.

hehe, tnx for the research J. :) I have something here already that might help Suga out, so maybe it won't be necessary. Although I can use that forum for info on Belgian talents. ;) Why don't you get a team yourself btw? You like football, you've got internet and time to spare (i think). Join in! :)

So, how's everybody doing for this weekend? And general team status? Training was a disaster for me... :( lots of form drops, few rises, only one skill rise.
On the bright side, however: my u-20 international Qasim Qasim has gained another lvl of XP after today's international match. :) He's now 18 years old and already has poor XP, woohoo! Things are looking good for that one. (was his 7th cap so far)

I was expecting an easy win on sunday, but with the form crisis and the suspension of my 19-yr old excellent def/solid passer things might be harder than expected. Still, I'm expecting a win. beat this guy 0-4 away, so shouldn't be impossible.

P.S. Arathorn, I saw Van den hoogeband after his gold medal win, and he was actually really nice. I think I might tolerate him from now on ;)

Manager games aren`t really my games, i lose interest in them really fast. Like my record is 3 games in championship manager i think. Never couldn`t be bothered to play it longer. Just not my type of games.

And yeah he seemed a pretty nice guy to me. Like after the 50m where he lost in the first round, he didn`t care since he had gold already. His smile said so much. "BOEIE !!"

Thanks for the links J. I'll check them all out if Ox's alternative doesn't work!

I'm not really sure about forms raises and drops on my team at the moment. Lol I pulled an ok 18 year old, inadequate winger passable passing and something else inadequate i think... only down side is he is a nasty person with passable leadership... Thats not too shabby for my team is it!

Anywho, i should win this weekend, a nice break from playing the top of the ladder :(

Youth Squad status: passable :)

This week's pull:

William Debondt
TSI = 70 , 17 years, passable form
Has disastrous experience and passable leadership abilities

Stamina: inadequate Keeper: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: wretched
Winger: wretched Defending: poor
Scoring: inadequate Set Pieces: poor

Maybe something for you guys, 17, inadequate scorer? I'll be listing him tomorrow afternoon, in any case.

I'm not buying anything at the moment. I've got this keeper by the way, and I don't need him:

Ingo Dopper (38548369)
18 years, inadequate form, healthy
A pleasant guy who is balanced and dishonest.
Has disastrous experience and poor leadership abilities.

Nationality: Nederland
Total Skill Index (TSI): 630
Wage: 859 €/week
Owner: FC De Bottenbrekers
Warnings: 0

Stamina: wretched Goaltending: weak
Playmaking: disastrous Passing: disastrous
Winger: disastrous Defending: disastrous
Scoring: disastrous Set Pieces: weak

So maybe I can sell him for something, after all he's quite young, the question is, for what price? Or should I wait 'till the begining of the next season and sell him to some n00b for too much?

I'd sell him now...you'll prolly get between 1-5000 € for such a player. :( So better list him for 0€ starting price. Keepers are a strange sort, because of their complete lack of sidestats not even n00bs are usually fooled. :(

I think I might have a lucky break: my opponent hasn't logged in for a week, and he has fielded a suspended player, without any substitutions. a 4-star defender even. :) So, let's hope he don't get up before 13h tomorrow, and I'll be playing against a three-man defense with 1/ 1.5 /1.5 stars...lol

Hm the transfer market for keepers like him indeed doesn't look promising...

But my pull today was quite nice:

Elco Wels (39513353)
19 years, passable form, healthy
A pleasant guy who is temperamental and dishonest.
Has disastrous experience and wretched leadership abilities.

Speciality: Powerful

Nationality: Nederland
Total Skill Index (TSI): 460
Wage: 609 €/week
Owner: FC De Bottenbrekers
Warnings: 0

Stamina: weak Goaltending: disastrous
Playmaking: poor Passing: wretched
Winger: inadequate Defending: poor
Scoring: solid Set Pieces: inadequate

I think I'm gonna test him in today's match, I've got an injured first team forward anyway.

Aw! 2-2 at half time with my opponent (current number three of the league, have to win this game) has a 53% possesion rate. Good thing I made this match MOTS (he prolly did the same), but I'm not happy with this.
On a good note, my new striker scored once already. ;)

This is bad for my health! In the 78th minute my keeper got injured and a minute later I score!

By the way Ox, did you see that Zlatan goal today? I know he's an arrogant bastard, but that dribble was magnificent.

Wow this is fucked up... I get back from the loo and fetching a drink to find the score 2-5.
Looks like I'm definetaly promoted this time. The only good opponent I will have to face is the number two and that will be a home match.

w00t, good job Arathorn!! You'll need to reinforce your defense if you wanna get somewhere in division VII though! (or maybe not, division 7-8-9 are all pretty close when it comes to stats)

6 points to spare, that should be more than enough idd. :D If I win next week's game we might make a joint promotion hehe
