I used to love flying the copters in Vice City onthe PS2, but for some reason unbeknownst to man, they changed the controls for the Xbox version, so flying the Chopper is like attemtping to fly a blind rabit on speed with wings.

Man, I'm so tempted to buy this game. I got the cash, but I really need it to get through the month...argh. I've also started doubting about an immideate upgrade, maybe I should wait for Oblivion (or anyway until it's almost out)....but that'll probably get another year of delay. It's scheduled for this winter btw.

Worse than GTA 3/VC? Or the same as GTA 3/VC, because the drivers in that, weren't to smart either.

I didn't play the other two that much, but I have been astonished by the lack of driving skill in the game. It's often fun, but during missions it can drive me mad (and off course, the moment you're kicked off your bike the camera completely fucks up as well).

yea, the drivers are pretty dumb. Once I walked out of a shop and an airplane fell on me (killed me, of course). The game rocks, though, seriously. I'm toward the end now.....man, the hectic violence and wanton destruction is awesome. I have over 3000 rounds for my miniSMGs. Plus I can dual-wield those bad boys.

Damn im happy atm, two days back got all gold in driving school, compared to others that school is way too hard.

I'm on the final mission...failed it like 3 times. It's not that it's too hard (it is hard, but not horribly bad). What pisses me off is it's LONG. Stupidly long. I hate playing a mission for 20 minutes only to fail right at the end.

So, anyway, I'm a bit irritated with the end mission, so I think I'm gonna go back and play all the crap I've missed. Like the valet missions. And I think there're more businesses I can buy. And the import/export business. And all the houses I haven't bought. And becoming a high roller in Vegas...pardon...Venturas.

Damn i like how the game cheats. So there i am going full speed on my nrg bike when i see a a stationary police jeep (im on 4 star wanted due to failed truck mission) i reach next to it when suddenly the jeep is going my speed. I mean wtf, even turismo on nitro doesnt accelerate that quick.

The last truck mission is a real pain in the butt. The fighter plane is cool tho, autolock missiles just hold down space and wait till it goes read, press fire and good night gracey .

I got this game but I'll have to wait for my new pc to play it (this one's being way too dodgy). It sucks enormously. The waiting I mean, not the game as I haven't played it yet.

I haven't played it in awhile. I'm basically done with it. Doesn't detract fom the quality of the game at all, just I'm running low on content. Searching for horseshoes and clamshells is kinda boring, so I won't be doing that.

Playing the game for a while, and enjoying it. Got pretty far already, deep in down Las Venturas. Passed all the 'driving' schools and shit (some were pretty frustrating).

Anyway, I wanna go watch some tv so I'll just put up the good and bad things for now:

good:

-the characters are AWESOME. The Truth, Tenpenny, Woozie, definitely Mike Toreno: all awesome stuff. I laughed my ass of a few times, especially with Toreno and Woozie.

-well, it's ENORMOUS

-diversity, in everything. Cars, planes, boats, jetpacks...woah. Not to mention to weapons, missions, locations, characters...too much to sum up.


bad:

-goddamn playstation controls man. Especially when changing clothes or something. Graphics could be better, again playstation crap. Savepoints, once more playstation crap.


So, veru short summary: an incredible game...if it weren't a playstation port.

Lol. Well you're right, the game is great, but they did their best to make everything frustrating. Have you had to fly and gun with a heli yet? At that moment I wanted to smash my computer in frustration over the wack controls and the horrible camera.
