Dude, big mutha truckers has a score of 6+ something. Only trucker game that came up was Rebel trucker Cajun blood money which scored 1.8
And then theres this ofcourse:

oh, maybe that's the one. Was there a video review for it? It was pretty hilarious how bad it was... trucks falling through bridges, driving all over the edges of the map and falling off, spinning physics to make a toddler cry... good stuff.
