Mm, k...thanks for your thoughts. Let's hope the PC version owns the console ones anyway, like with Vice City being miles better than the original GTA3 on consoles. Sometimes it's good to not have a console, hehe. We'll see (and hope!)

Of course Vice City was better than GTA 3... It was on the consoles too! But I agree (As as far as i know, Xbox VC and PC VC are identical, I know that the PC GTA 3 and Xbox GTA 3 are infact Identical, except for there's no reflections on the PC version in the cars, well Not "real" reflections, such as outside luigi's girls, having the sign reflect in the car) I hope the Xbox/PC versions are much better than SA for the PS2.
I guess, as you know, I didn't like the concept, and that topped off with slow down, poor graphics and different gameplay, just let me down.

You'd be amazed how many people returned GTA:SA for PS2, either on 10 day return for a full refund or after a couple weeks for trade-in, along with the comment "Damn this game gets boring"... most of them didnt even bother to complete it. Sure it was still a damn popular game, but how many people still play GTA3 or Vice City 2 or 3 years after they came out? A hell of a lot more than still play San Andreas 7 months on...
I got GTA3 for PC and er... ox... 'lent' me Vice City... plus we have both on Xbox but I sure as hell wouldn't go for San Andreas. If Mole gets it at some point I'll play it, but the ONLY thing attracting me is the 'levelling' up that you do with e.g. motorbikes, but I don't want it because of this, coz if I'm gonna level up in something, I'm gonna play an RPG. GTA isn't an RPG. It's kinda... a shoot-em-up but more complex.
Either way I know most of the 100 pre-orders we got for it were fake ones done by the staff in order to make sure we had stock.

Well fine But pc still owns all consoles in the galaxy -even those on Frolix 8! MUAHAHAHA
hehehe, it's a she yeah, and a very pretty one at that. But she's got a bf and is taking him with her. So the chance of getting that kind of favors is rather limited.

hhe, well, I bought it last night. Digging it already. I'm a weak bitch, though. Damn. I'm seriously tempted to become really fat just so I'm not a little twiggy guy. Anyone know if that'll help me build muscle faster? :p
Anyway, the place is huge....I get lost alot, though I'm getting alot better at using the map and whatnot. I love jacking cars...I invariably jack a chick...watching my little twiggy black guy punch some chick in the face and then drag her out of the car is just hilarious. I'm still figuring out where static spawns of stuff are...I've stashed a motorcycle and car in my starter garage but am really looking for a static spawn of a BMX.
Anyway, great game so far. I've got an afro already.

I think being a fat bastard helps you gain muscle yes. But I'm not sure.

Been playing this game for a bit, and it's really fun. Although many missions are wack (the last Big Smoke mission made me crap my pants in excitement though), a lot of the game really works out. My stamina and muscle are almost maxed out, and I've got some shooting skills too. I love going to the hood and headshot Ballas mofos too.

There is a static BMX at the skate/bike park in the northern residential portion of Los Santos. It's deep in baller territory though.

There's two more problems with this game, the controls and the camera.
My CJ often tries to jump forward when I want him to jump upwards, why don't they have two seperate shortcuts for that? Why am I as PC user punished for the PS2's lack of enough buttons? I always have this problem when I try to get on Sweets house to get the machine gun. The camera is the other problem. It sucks. I usually do it myself with the mouse, but for some missions you need to concentrate on things like driving, and once you hit something while driving you don't know where the fuck you are. Probably another old PS2 problem... damn I hate consoles.

Yea, the camera controls really suck when it comes to flying. Flying a helicopter is a serious bitch. Only reason I passed the copter destruction test is because I spammed missiles while pointing in roughly the right direction. I found no way of directly controlling the camera while in a chopper.
On a positive note, the game is still badass. I've unluck the whole state now. This place is huge.

My game activated a cheat somehow and now i cant get forward from the Las Venturas Fender Ketchup mission, the car just rams the door and wont quit the cutscene.
About flying, its easy after a coupla days of practicing, got all golds in flight school and can land a jet on a city street with no probs .
