that's odd. It works for me, on several different computers.

All attachments were turned off for awhile after hte forum got compromised, but it's been back and running for quite some time now. Dunno what the problem was.

As for the pics...looks kinda plain. I need to install that demo and see what I think of it.

on a sidenote...Fable: The lost chapters is out. anyone played it? It sounds kind of interesting.

I can see them just fine too (well, obviously), so dunno what's the problem.

haven't tried Fable yet...maybe Pev knows something about it, she played the Xbox version. It's different from the pc version I think, but she can give us a general idea of the game. I know some ppl who love it (like, really love it) and some who think it sucks. It's one of those games.

There's no demo as far as I can tell. :(

And thanks J. :) Finally recognition!!

Anyone tried any of the posted demo's yet? I tried them all, so a little feedback would be nice. I'm guessing some ppl are as blown away by the Fahrenheit intro as I am. (and Derf is, iirc)

only demo I've played is FEAR. I'm fully entertained playing GW and battlefield 2.

dont actually have fable:tlc yet (but i will. I'm waiting for it to go cheap though). Basically from what I understand its the Xbox game again with extra spells/armour/haircuts/tattoos, a couple of the areas they left out (anyone who's finished it, you-know-what from the missing frieze in the hall of heroes is back in!) and a couple of new areas.

I'm quite sure it's still easily finishable in under 10 hours though.

Just how fast is your internet btw? Is it 'just' broadband and does it dwarf Derf's 56k, or is it uber-broadband of sorts? :)

And you'd like Starship Troopers, even if it's a little one-dimensional. Blasting bugs all the time, but that's kinda the point of the movie action innit. :)

Atm, at the parent home i have 300k. Were thinking of upgrading to 2MB for the same price, but different ISP.

Man, i im thinking of getting it at my home at uni, if the other housemates want to chip-in course.

Look out man, sharing a broadband connection with housemates is EVIL. You'll see that the only thing they do is fuck up your awesome internet skillz. :/ How many are they, and how many are female?

yay....as long as they're not fugly, you're doing great.

My connection is uber broadband. Theoretically I get

15mb down/ 2mb up (hahaha...my upstream owns your downstream)

Int he realy world, I can download at over 2MB/sec and I can upload at over 190KB/sec.

Which, for the computer math retarded, is about 16mb down and 1.5mb up. :P

linky

I could pay a crapload more money and get 30/5, but I think that's overkill.

The female question was because they don't usually tend to be big on downloading, online gaming and whatnot. I'm sure their messenger won't slow your connection down too much. :)

And crap @ Satis' connection. You freak. :P Freak with nice ratings tho.

I'm on 4.6 Mbps downstream, so I'm alright. Don't have much need for uploading anyway (I dunno what my upstream is exactly, it's not much in any case).

Anyhoo...with that upload I can acces your porn stash etc., right? Friend?

hehe....guess you'll find out. And beer does make it better, so if they're not that nice, be sure to stock the fridge.

As for the porn collection....mine ho!

mmm, your beer tactics dont totally appeal to me. Worst case scenario: If i get it on with a trog, ill have some explaining to do when i get sober. Worse still, can you imagine the tension through the year!?
