Bought it yesterday, made it lvl 10 night elf druid this morning. Was about to start reading the manual since i got time before lecture starts. Its been ok this far.

There are some "free" servers but they suck really bad as far as i know.

Fucking bastard  Most if not all of my gaming pals (barring the ones here) play WoW, but I can't afford to.  So they never appear online anymore and stopped playing other games, making me a social pariah in gaming terms.  hehe.
But night elf, come on.  Just about everyone picks night elf...but druid is cool. Good solo ppl. I used to hang out with a NE druid in the final beta, was fun. What server are you on? What are your professions? 
The lure to buy WoW becomes bigger every day :p But my wallet doesn't grow so I guess i'll be stuck for a while. If I were to buy it i'll play a Dwarven or Troll Priest. That's right, a priest. I played warrior in the beta and it sux0red..well, not really, but i was quite helpless on my own. And in these sort of games priests ar worshipped by other players. Good mercenary stuff. (plus not a lot of ppl play it because it's a support class)

Nope. Lol, i just didn't expect any one to buy it except Satis on the basis that you pay to play. I wondered if you were free versioning it.
Though i hear they are cracking down tough on the free servers?

Believe it or not, I'm actually opposed to pay-monthly type games. If/when I finally quit playing SWG, I doubt I'll play another MMORPG for a long time (if ever).

Ok this game is reaching rediculous size, according to gamespot it has already over 2million thats 2 000 000+ subscribers. Now thats a mark to beat.

Shiny's playing it. She's not addicted yet (that I can tell) but I'm sure it's coming. IMO, the graphics suck ass. I still haven't played it...Guild Wars and GTA for me mainly....KOTOR II is taking a back seat.

4million subscribers, is there no end??
I stopped playing some time ago. i think i reached lvl 50 or something then it just got so boring i had to quit.

yea...I never played it. Shiny didn't like it so she doesn't play any more. I'm not sure I understand that draw, but to each their own. I don't understand that draw to Everquest either.
