I think you're a little bit jaded tbh :P

I think they found a good balance between fighting and puzzles...sometimes the puzzles were a little frustrating but nothing I couldn't solve. The end fight was too easy, however. The entire game was really...maybe that ticked you off? In Far Cry, one of the last 3 really great shooters (FC, HL2 and FEAR) part of the kick was in the commando's and the crack monkeys being so hard to fight, even on easy. Which gave the game an extra 'whooaah shiiit" dimension afaic.

Agree on the indian powers. One or two extra things would have been cool. And working out the spirit mode a bit. I mean, it's supposed to give you the possibility of making stealth kills, right? I don't think I made even one. i prefer a shotty over a spirit arrow. :P

oh, I used the spirit arrow thing regularly. If the environment hadn't been so repetitive, I might've liked the game. Or if they'd gone more into what the sphere was, and reflected it in the environments and stuff. I mean, the bitch at the end explains it, sorta, but bleh...doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
