Heh. 1000+ posts on a help forum, and ppl call me a spamwhore. :P And I thought Pig was a Washington resident. :/ Maybe i'm screwing up difference between west and east again tho. Powweb is a hosting compnay right?

I am in Washington, but have been trying to move away for quite some time. The jobs and climate I want are in California or Florida, but they have a glut of qualified people over there and out of state resumes are hardly looked at.

Regarding spamage, there's another long dead forum where Satis and I first met where I had more posts than that.
/me wipes away a tear

There are now 3 forums I frequent. This one, Powweb, and the last one should be obvious if you pay any attention.

What? And you didn't invite me over there? :/

Kinda weird about the out-of-state resume thing. As a European I always have this idea that the US is the primarily the US, and state secondly. If that made any sense. Aren't the educational systems synchronized/equalized or something?

Would have guessed about the other forum yeah. Nice site too. What's the extension .cc stand for btw? Cayman Cislands? Cape Canaveral?

.cc is cocos islands AKA Keeling islands.

It's not an issue of education or separation of states, it's just about proximity. Someone who is in the area is a better choice and less of a risk than someone who has to move from far away.

lol@ cocos islands. Too bad that a resumé doesn't show your (apparent) eagerness to move there eh. beats me why anyone would wanna move to a hotter area, but it's a free world. ;) hehe

resume is out of date anyway. I gotta update it soon. Doesn't have perl, oop, xml or xslt on there.

Hehe...it's your site, not mine. If I had a site it'd prolly be crawling with lower life forms, you've only got 7 of them. (I'm not counting myself. :P )

Especially notice how many people have mod-powers, i should have posted something and asked it to be put into another forum or something, just as a test how quick (or slow) you all are :P
