Comedy Central has taken SNL off their programing for this year and replaced it with Mad Tv. I , and everyone else I know, thinks Mad Tv sucks. So I emailed Comedy Central and this was there reponse.

I think they are full of it. Mad Tv just is not funny, imo. So what do you say?

Do you have examples or clips? I'd like to give an opinion, but I'm absolutely not familiar with those shows...

Saturday night live i might have seen, very occasionally, a while back i think. I've seen some Leno too. but the Mad Tv thingie never heard of i think. So some (representative) scetches might be welcome indeed.

I don't know either. Maybe I don't want to because American humour almost never is really funny (I say almost... yes, off course The Simpsons and Married With Children (Psychodad!) are American tv shows and funny).

So please post bits of those shows.

10% of the SNL skits were funny. Nearly all the Mad TV were funny.

wow. Pig your the first person I know out of all my friends, co-workers, and family that thinks Mad tv is funny. I made myself watch it and I didnt even chuckle for the whole hour.

I haven't watched in 1-2 years, so I cannot say what it is like now. Back when I did watch it occasionally it was very funny. I found SNL to be a total waste of time. The writing was crap. Once in a while there was a very funny skit (old french whore).

imo, Madtv was funny when it started. Now it's stupid. Unfortuanetly, I feel about the same about SNL. I think they both suck.

Just show more Simpsons episodes and I'll be happy. Or Invader Zim. :P
