Anyway, their Christmas issue is always full of weird and/or funny research. They also ran an article researching whether gingers feel more pain than normal people (turned out they don't).

Apparently there's a Dutch urban myth about alcohol absorption through the feet. so three scientists submersed their feet in vodka and measured the results. Yea... not gonna get you drunk. http://www.bmj.com/content/341/bmj.c6812 |
