This was for the DRAM price fixing, right? Good stuff. Bastards deserve it, though I wish the fines were bigger.

I'm not sure if you guys knew, but Apple is now under investigation by the US Department of Justice for antitrust regarding its iTunes store.

This is directly in regards to how it threatened music sellers if they participated in a competitor's "daily deal" promotions, the competitor being Amazon.

agreed. Business has no ethics or morality... the ones that do are destroyed by the ones that don't. So we reward the worst and most inhuman businesses with money and they grow and become even more inhuman. I think we're moving to a world dominated by the international conglomerate.
