lol, poor little bat. I wonder how far it made it before dying.
Stupid question perhaps (that isn't within any of our realms of expertise afaik, but still), but are the interiors of space shuttles completely sterilized in order to avoid insects travelling onboard etc? Beats me. I guess you wouldn't want a pouch of spiders hatching while you're weightless. That could be disgusting.
