This is kinda neat, though not as interactive or detailed as I had hoped for. :p Anyway, The Pirate Bay mapped out active seeders/leechers for bittorrent and put it on this google-maps powered site. http://geo.keff.org/ Pretty neat stuff. And a bit sobering. The US accounts for like 5% of bittorrenting... that's about the high end for most countries. China accounts for almost 37%! Pretty whack. |

Scary to see, considering the size difference, that the UK has 4% of the connections. US is waaaaaaaaaaaay bigger than us but only a couple more percent? Yikes! |

That's pretty sweet...Holland is a pretty steep 0.91% for a Western country its size. Belgium only 0.141% or so.
China wtf? I mean, not that it surprises me ALL that much but you know...I've been to the pirate bay a few times and I barely ever see any Chinese on there. Ever. |
