Post Chrismas loot?
So, fess up suckas! What did you score on Christmas eve? I got the short end of the stick, as usual, but I'm not complaing too much. Here's what I got:

- the Risk boardgame (youngest brother)
- Assassin's Creed (middle brother)
- a belt (parents)
- a 25€ voucher for an electronics/book/music/movie store (godmother)
- a pair of slipper (grandmother)
- shaving utilities (parents)
- bicycle assecoires (parents)

Ok, that sounds somewhat crap, but I'm getting a citytrip from my parents when I want it in the future too but they couldn't put that in gift wrapping, obviously. And my grandmother is on a very small pension and has over 25 grandchildren and another 7 or so great grand children.

At least the gifts I did get were all neat and/or useful. I mean, risk! w00t!

Christmas was kind to us. We did dinner with my parents on the eve, then with Shiny's mom and brother and whatnot on Christmas day. Tonight is her dad and associated peoples so we're not quite done yet.

My lootz
Gigabit ethernet switch (Shiny)
bunch of band t-shirts (skinny puppy, diecide, system of a down, godflesh, more)
$150 (parents)...yay cash
$25 gift certificate to Fry's (sister and bf)
lint brush
chocolate
Wii game and controller
blanket
lamb plush
gift certificates for food and movies

I think that's about it... it was a pretty nice haul.

Wall-E & Wii. A happy Christmas time indeedy!! :D

Well I've spent my Christmas in New York this year, with a couple of mates from Melbourne. So as far as presents go, I've got zippo. Well, mum, dad and Becc (my sister), all are awesome and wired me cash... the most useful of all presents!

Plus, Becc has told me fantastic rumors of Rock Band waiting for me back in the homeland!

Heh... I feel lonely among all these Gregorian-Calendar-Christmas people. :P

Orthodox Serbian and Russian have it on January 7th.

I have a bag of loot in the hallway (combined with Mole's loot). Not a bad haul, the usual 'vendor items' of chocolate, socks and pyjamas (which I'm actually quite glad of), plus the usual random pair of underwear from Mole's family (it scares me sometimes). A Terry Pratchett book I already have... hehe oops, a horse book and a few other little random things. Oh and Mole got me the entire Friends series on DVD and the new Nickelback CD. As far as gaming loot goes:

- Prince of Persia on 360 - actually very good game, but definatley too easy
- A model 'Ghost' from Halo - Mole got me that coz I always run for them in Halo (and usually run him over with them... hehe)

... d'ya know what? I think that's all the gaming loot I got... hmm... something wrong there. I demand more games! I probably forgot a ton of stuff though.

My mom tends to be excessive - which normally rolls off my back except my poor brother which I am very fond of got a whole lot less. I think he got a few shorts and a few gift cards and that is about it. His shorts were expensive but nothing like my stuff. It really hurt his feelings.

We finished up with my fathers last night. And I got..

Bottle of patron tequilla - dad and stepmom
$50.00 cash - grandfather
Slippers - dad and stepmom
Brownie mix and coffee beans - stepsister and family
Godiva Liqour - uncle
return of a movie my uncle borrowed years ago!

My dad does this weird gift exchange every year - and basically it is stuff you DON'T want. It is so he and his wife can laugh at our expressions. We'll I think I got some used lube
I got a bottle of brandy (probably will make it to my underage neighbor kid)
Roll of off brand duct tape.

It's awful they put just a few decent gifts in the pot so we fight to NOT get the lube.

I am sure I will have nightmares.....

Duh.. here still? Lets see... Christmas, January 7th by Gregorian calendar, December 25th by Julian calendar.

- Anthology of typographic mistakes, Ivan Klajn
- New slippers
- A very cool pullover

Well, so much for me. :)

The Book: Basically, the whole book is what the name says: lots of typographic mistakes that appeared in books, newspapers and other written material. And most important: they are all funny as hell. On Serbian language, of course.

Tomorrow is 31. December, by Julian Calendar, but I am not at home. :)
