Post Apple & AT&T the subject of antitrust class action l
Good stuff here. AT&T and Apple (more so) are basically being sued in a class action lawsuit due to the iphone and it's exclusivity to AT&T. Adding to that is the fact that Apple pushed out an iphone update the purposefully 'bricked' iphones that had been unlocked to work with competing carriers.

Hah! Apple is finally getting their comeuppance.

Personally, I am much more pissed off by adobe for excluding ogg support in flash. 'Reasons' like "coping with issues regarding ogg" just don't appeal enough to me.

Anything that promises to damage the Iphone to one extent or another gets my blessing. Same with Ipods, really.
